Player profile information may include your display name, profile visibility, time zone, pronouns, and any uploaded player icon or image.

Game activity includes plays, scores, winners, result details, metrics, achievements, awards, titles, player lists, favorites, ratings, follows, notifications, and correction requests.

Security and maintenance records may include administrative audit logs, timestamps, IP addresses, browser user agents, and notes needed to operate, secure, or support the site.

We use this information to run the site, sign users in, show profiles and game history, calculate stats, manage lists and notifications, process correction requests, and keep the app secure.

Admin users may access account, player, activity, upload, and log records when needed to maintain the site, troubleshoot issues, correct data, or enforce access rules.

Scoreboard uses cookies for authentication only. The site sets an essential session cookie so you can stay signed in, use protected pages, and submit forms securely.

If you select Remember me at login, the site may set a persistent remember-me cookie so your browser can sign you back in later. You can remove it by logging out or clearing cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.

The site may also store your theme preference in localStorage and temporary interface state in sessionStorage. Browser storage is used for the app experience, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Profile, play, and list visibility settings control who can see parts of your game activity. Depending on those settings, information may be visible publicly, to signed-in members, to followers, or only to you and admins.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or analytics providers. Information may be processed by the hosting, database, file storage, and infrastructure services needed to operate the site.

Records are kept while the related account, player profile, game history, upload, or log record is needed for the site. Some logs may be retained for security, audit, backup, or maintenance reasons.

Passwords are stored as hashes, and the site uses access controls for protected pages and admin actions. No system can guarantee perfect security, but the site is maintained with the goal of protecting account and activity data.

To request a correction, export, deletion, or visibility change, contact the site admin or the person who invited you to Scoreboard.
